IMA Kalyan not just propogates but also whole heartedly supports the cleanliness initiatives taken by our Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi. The working committee of IMA Kalyan 2018-19 along with its other active members of Kalyan runners supported group the swach Bharat abhiyaan by actually brooming and hand picking the garbage near the vasant valley area of Kalyan. The whole hearted support of all IMA members under the guidance of Dr. Ashwin Kakkar, Dr. Prashant Patil & Dr. Pradip sangle was indeed evident on the day of event
This was one of the most unique activities undertaken by the working committee of IMA Kalyan 2018-19. The top 10 best themed and best decorated ganesh pandals were astutely judged by dedicated team of IMA Kalyan working committee along with their social friends. It was indeed a wonderful way to connect with the common masses and a perfect way to strike a chord with them. This innovative concept suggested by our dynamic secretary Dr. Prashant Patil was very well appreciated and garnered was extensive support from the society at large. The jury worked tirelessly for consecutive 2 days & 2 nights to give their valuable opinions. The even turned out to extremely competitive with all Mandal portraying their skills and social messages.
The mission Pink event was again one of the unique activities undertaken by the female members of IMA Kalyan. It was one of its kind initiative which has a social and a educational component attached to it. Team IMA visited Nutan Hindi School of Kalyan and gave their valuable information regarding nutritional and menstrual hygiene. It was a well conducted program very well appreciated by the school teachers, parents and students. The collaborative team work of the dedicated IMA , Kalyan committee members like Dr. Sonali Patil, Dr. Solnali Parlikar, Dr. Esha Pansare and Dr. Archana Lawankar was very well appreciated and was indeed the cornerstone of the success of mission Pink program.
after a string of multiple activities for the year 2018-19, IMA Kalyan's working committee presented to Kalyan one of the most enduring events of the year, the marathon named IMATHON 2018. With the total number of registrations reaching 1200, it has already become the most talked about marathoning event in the history of Kalyan. The fame and enthusiasm garnered by IMATHON 2018 could be hardly contained only in the doctor circles. Even the non doctor fraternity went ga-ga about the whole event and the spill over effect just flooded the social media with praises for IMATHON 2018. The fantastic collaboration of IMA Kalyan & Kalyan runner’s group with the perfect guidance & tireless efforts of Dr. Ashwin Kakkar and Dr. Prashant Patil was absolutely noticeable.
Touted to be as one more encharites in the list of activities done by the team of IMA Kalyan 2018-19 it is created ripples across its members even before the actual tournament. The pulse of the event was already palpable by the enthusiastic participation pouring in from all corners. The IMA Kalyan team was already too excited with the prospect of being a part of various activities of the competition like Box cricket, Badminton and other fun games. In the end it turned out to be an absolute head turner event. The newly recognized leadership of recognized of Dr. Rajesh Raju. With the Fantastic support of Dr. Prashant Patil and Dr.Pradip Sangle was absolutely the talk of the town.
